How do I book my transfer?

You can book your transfer directly online, by email via info@alps-sky-airporttransfer.at, or by phone on T +43(0)664 / 158 39 40.

Do I need a credit card to make my booking?

No, a credit card is not necessary for your booking. You can conveniently pay the driver in cash at the start of your journey.

What if my destination is not listed?

If your pick-up location or destination is not listed, you can use our Price Request Form. You can rely on us to pick you up and take you safely to your desired destination.

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email after booking with us online. If you can’t find an email from us there either, please get in touch!

Payment

When and how do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay the driver directly in cash or by credit card. Alternatively, you can pay in advance by credit card.

Are there any additional costs if my flight is delayed?

No, there is no need to worry. Even if our driver has to wait a little longer, you won’t incur any additional costs.

What kind of vehicle will pick me up?

You will be picked up in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which can accommodate 1 to 7 passengers.

How can I contact my driver before arrival?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

There’s no need to worry! We will monitor your flight times using the flight number provided and pick you up right on time, even if your flight is delayed.

How do I find out how long my transfer will take?

When you book online, our booking system will tell you the price and estimated duration of your transfer. If you book by email or phone, we will of course let you know the duration of the journey in person.

Are child seats available if I am traveling with children?
